▼	Fill the "Installment Payment Schedule Form Tuition Fee Loan"
▼	Pay a registration fee IDR 100,000
▼	For graduate high school (SMA/SLTA) / vocational school (SMK) or equivalent: » Submit Copy of diploma / STTB legalized original 2 pieces. » Submit a certified Copy of the original NEM 2 sheets.
▼	For graduate D3/D2/D1/S1 : » Submit Copy of diploma legalized original 2 pieces. » Submit Copy of Transcript of legalized original 2 pieces.
▼	For Transfer Students: » Submit Copy of diploma / STTB SLTA legalized original 2 pieces. » Submit Transcript of Origin legalized Campus original 2 pieces. » Moving Certificate (From Campus of Origin).

▼	Submit recent photographs of size 2 x 3, 3 x 4, 4 x 6 (5 pieces each) - be followed

▼	Bring stamp IDR 6,000 (1 piece).

Note (explanation) :
▼	For Diploma / STTB / Transcript, when sufficient registration a copy of his course. Later after doing herregistrasi to be a student, then furnish it with documents that have been legalized.

▼	Registration is open EVERY DAY (including Saturday and Sunday): Monday to Sunday at 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
