1. Have the ability to design and plan outdoor spaces, including parks, city parks, recreation areas, and other open areas 2. Ability to visually create landscape designs using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software. 3. Understand materials and construction techniques used in the construction of landscape elements such as walkways, retaining walls, water gardens and other outdoor architectural elements.
